The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG has won ‘The Sportiest Model available to motorists in 2010’ organised by Sport Auto Magazine. With 17.2% of the votes the SLS AMG had a substantial edge over the other 13 super sports cars in their section of the survey.

How can it disappoint, with its AMG 6.3 litre V8 engine the Mercedes managed a dazzling lap time of just 7 minutes 40 seconds. Resulting in “Respect – the Mercedes sports brand AMG has put a magnificent machine on the road”, a quote anyone would be proud of.
The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG was recently declared the winner of an award from Auto Bild magazine, where it’s dedication towards high quality and design gained it the accolade of Europe’s most attractive car.
The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG is “every inch a true supercar” and with a lap time like the SLS has proved it’s not worth messing with. The engine allows the driver to accelerate to 62 mph from a stand still in just 3.8 seconds. Luckily the team at Mercedes-Benz have made sure the brakes are up to the challenge, thanks to the motorsport-derived brakes there is no shortage of stopping power.
