Rolls Royce Phantom

Back to Other Brands

The Rolls Royce Phantom used a unique chassis platform whilst still retaining the traditional Rolls Royce cues, final assembly, including all body, paint, wood and leather work is completed to each customers individual specification at the Rolls Royce plant in Goodwood, West Sussex just down the road from the historic Goodwood racetrack. The plant contains everything needed to build these magnificent cars, a body shop, paint shop and assembly line. The cars are still built by hand, the only aspect not to be done this way is the painting of the body, this is done using a robot. The finished paintwork is still polished by hand and the added coach-lines, which are only 3 mm thick, are also still painted on by hand, in keeping with the Rolls Royce tradition.

This 2007 Rolls Royce Phantom is presented in a bespoke Ruby black colour with a dark grey natural grain leather and contrast Consort red stitching. Its 21" alloy wheels have had the inner spoke painted in ruby black and also the shadow-line chrome has been added to the chrome around the doors. The interior has been flushed with extras including a tilt and slide sunroof, black instrument cluster, 'RR' monogram stitched into the headrests, satellite  navigation, telephone prep, veneered steering wheel, garage door opener, Rosewood with dark Wenge straight grain wood veneer, lambswool rugs and visible tailpipes with chrome capping.
